1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a digital membership or accessing digital content through www.lulu-writes.com, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Digital Access

Digital memberships provide:

  • Access to quarterly issues of The Legacy Ledger

  • Access limited to the verified email used at purchase

  • Individual, non-transferable usage rights

Membership access is for personal use only.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within The Legacy Ledger, including:

  • Articles

  • Photography

  • Artwork

  • Design

  • Layout

  • Logos

is the property of Shelton Legacy Press, LLC or its contributors.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Redistribute

  • Share login credentials

  • Republish content without written permission

Unauthorized reproduction may result in termination of access.

4. Payment & Subscription Terms

  • Monthly memberships are billed at $5/month.

  • Annual memberships are billed at $50/year.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

  • Cancellations must be made before the renewal date.

Digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security

  • Protecting login credentials

  • Ensuring accurate contact information

6. Limitation of Liability

Shelton Legacy Press, LLC is not liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions

  • Third-party platform outages

  • Internet connectivity issues

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
