Author Rights and Royalties

• The Author retains 100% of all intellectual property rights to the Work.

• Shelton Legacy Press will not receive or claim any royalties, profit shares, or licensing rights related to the Work.

• The Author will retain full control of their sales accounts, pricing, and distribution platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All services are provided on a fee-for-service basis, as agreed upon in advance.
