The Author retains 100% of all intellectual property rights to the Work.
Shelton Legacy Press will not receive or claim any royalties, profit shares, or licensing rights related to the Work.
The Author will retain full control of their sales accounts, pricing, and distribution platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All services are provided on a fee-for-service basis, as agreed upon in advance.
