Redefining Success Through Pace, Presence, and Alignment

Ladies Lifestyle Network ATX gathers women for an evening of reflection, connection, and community impact.

On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, women gathered at the Best Western Plus Pflugerville Inn & Suites for “Redefining Success Through Pace, Presence, and Alignment,” an evening hosted by Ladies Lifestyle Network ATX.

With 58 registered guests, the event created space for women to pause, connect, and reflect on what success means beyond titles, schedules, and constant movement. The evening featured local businesses, community networking, giveaways, nonprofit awareness, and a keynote message from Keocha “K.” LaFleur-Anders, founder and CEO of Coffee Milk Media, founder and executive producer of TEDxRound Rock Women, and curator of Reset with K.

The program opened with a welcome from Ladies Lifestyle Network ATX, a women’s community organization created to bring women together through connection, collaboration, and genuine support. Guests were encouraged to visit vendors, engage with the featured nonprofit, and celebrate the businesses and women represented in the room. The organization also shared that 20 percent of ticket sales would be donated to the evening’s featured nonprofit.

LaFleur-Anders centered her message on the importance of slowing down enough to recognize what is truly working, what is no longer sustainable, and what success costs when it is built without alignment. She invited attendees into a moment of silence and breath before speaking, reminding them that many women operate from survival mode without realizing how grief, transition, pressure, and expectation shape the pace of their lives.

Her message challenged the idea that success must always mean moving faster. Instead, she encouraged women to examine whether their current pace is sustainable, whether they are present in their relationships and leadership, and whether their choices align with their values.

“Slowing down is not a setback,” the event theme reminded participants. “It is a strategic choice.”

A major focus of the evening was presence. LaFleur-Anders described listening as one of the clearest expressions of leadership, noting that how a person shows up in conversation affects trust, culture, and relationships. She encouraged guests to practice being fully present with themselves, their children, partners, coworkers, and communities.

The evening also highlighted Jeremiah Program Austin, the featured nonprofit. Representatives shared the organization’s mission to disrupt the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children, two generations at a time. The program provides long-term support, including affordable housing, childcare, coaching, and educational pathways for single mothers pursuing degrees.

Guests also heard from members of the American Heart Association Women of Impact Team, who shared personal stories connected to heart health, grief, family history, and advocacy. Their reflections reminded the room that women’s wellness is not only professional or financial, but physical, emotional, and deeply personal.

The event was supported by featured sponsor Special Response Security LLC, along with local businesses, vendors, swag bag sponsors, and community partners who contributed giveaways and services throughout the evening.

By the close of the night, the message was clear: success is not only something to achieve. It is something to experience with peace, purpose, and alignment.

For the women gathered in Pflugerville, the evening offered more than networking. It offered permission to breathe, reflect, release, and redefine success on healthier, more sustainable terms.
